Blepharoplasty is a cosmetic surgery procedure by Dr Behnaz Yazdanfar used to change the appearance of the eyelids.
In upper Blepharoplasty, incisions are made by Dr Yazdanfar following the individual creases and lines of the lids in order to keep scars from being visible as possible along these natural features. Extra fat, muscle, and skin are cut away. Small guage sutures are employed for closing the incisions.
In lower Blepharoplasty, the surgeon cuts the incision in an inconspicuous spot along the smile creases and lashline bottom eyelid. Excessive fat, muscle, and loose skin are trimmed away prior to the incision being closed by very thin sutures.
Eyelid puffiness is caused mainly by extra fat tissue may be rectified utilizing a transconjunctival blepharoplasty Dr Yazdanfar. The incision in this case is cut inside the lower lid, and excessive fat tissue is excised. When sutures are utilized for closing this form of incision, they are invisible.
