Too many homeowners in the USA are losing their homes in the current economic crisis. People who have an empty condo, extra money can be made while the property is on the market by turning the unit into a privately owned vacation rental property.
Furnishing in the home is minimal so that the property still looks presentable for viewings to potential buyers. Short-term rental units usually include: beds, linens, functional seating and home theatre in the family room, and most importantly: a fully functional kitchen.
